Qualifications

• Licensed and registered as a nurse.
• CPR certification.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a fit to work physical, and be free of communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Prepare and record clinical notes for the medical record.
• Administer treatments and medications and assess patient health.
• Coordinate with case managers and physicians as needed.
• Complete documentation per state and federal guidelines.
• Engage in continuing education as required.
