Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee in-home skilled nursing services across a defined territory, traveling to patient homes as needed. The role requires a valid RN license and at least one year of nursing experience, with CPR certification and a driver’s license.

The supervisor will recruit, train, and mentor field nurses, review care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with operations to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
