Village Home Health, a John Knox Village service, seeks a Registered Nurse Care Team Leader to provide in-home nursing care across the Kansas City metro. You will assess needs, initiate and evaluate plans of care, and guide family education, coordinating closely with physicians and staff.

Minimum ADN, Missouri and Kansas RN licensure, BLS, and a valid driver's license required. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, health/dental/vision coverage, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• ADN required; RN licensure in Missouri and Kansas.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to patient contact.
• Proven ability to manage multiple patient plans with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing services per physician orders for adults.
• Determine nursing needs, initiate and evaluate plan of care.
• Coordinate nursing care and educate patients and families.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the team.
• Travel between patient locations if required; may have on-call duties.
