Job summary

QuickCruit, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager in Dallas, TX. You will conduct in-home nursing visits for clients who are former Nuclear Weapons Workers, performing vitals, assessments, and medication planning.

You will oversee caregivers, ensure home safety, and build one-on-one patient relationships. The role offers flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and a pay rate of $42 per hour with drive time paid.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field.
• One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home nursing visits for clients weekly, typically 1–2 hours per visit.
• Perform physical assessments including vitals and ensure home safety with medical equipment.
• Fill weekly medication planners and oversee caregivers providing care at home.
• Provide one-on-one patient relationships to improve health and quality of life.
