Job summary
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality 1:1 home health care. You will deliver skilled nursing services, monitor patients, administer medications, and coordinate with families and care teams to ensure safe, effective care in patients' homes.
We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing clinical support. This position supports adults and pediatrics across assigned service areas and includes orientation and training to ensure quality
Qualifications
- Active RN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
- Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
