Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide 1:1 home nursing care. Deliver care one patient at a time, monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with families and care teams.

This role offers a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and meaningful relationships with patients and their families. We support you with flexible scheduling, weekly direct deposit, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, ongoing training, and local clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
