Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking skilled 1:1 home health nurses to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across the service area. The role offers a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and update records accurately.
