Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Mountain Home, Arkansas is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support. This role allows you to build relationships and make a significant impact on patients' lives.

You will conduct patient assessments, educate on respiratory equipment, and be part of a mission-driven team. A $4000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or RN is required.
• Experience in home respiratory care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and educate on respiratory equipment.
• Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Provide follow-up care for respiratory patients.
• Support clinical training of new staff.
