Qualifikationen

• Active licensure as Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) or other medical credential as per state laws
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required by service area
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support to patients using ventilators and oxygen therapy
• Perform patient assessments and education per physician orders and policy
• Set up and monitor high-tech respiratory equipment including invasive and noninvasive ventilators
• Maintain documentation of services and participate in on-call responsibilities
• Coordinate with Area Manager and other team members to ensure quality patient care
