Job summary

Rose Remodeling is hiring ambitious In-Home Sales Representatives to help homeowners transform their bathrooms with high-quality remodeling solutions. This is a commission-only role with pre-qualified appointments, no income cap, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

You will meet with homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and close sales, earning $120,000 to $350,000+ per year with uncapped commissions. Training and support are provided to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• In-home sales or remodel-related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Competitive, self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Willingness to travel to appointments and work evenings/weekends.
• Reliable transportation and tech proficiency including CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets; design customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Educate homeowners on products, materials, and financing options.
• Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow a proven sales process to close deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records using company technology and CRM tools.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
