Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company to add proven sales professionals to their team. You will meet homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, present solutions, and confidently close the sale in a 100% commission, W-2 role.

Average earnings are $150K-$200K annually, with top earners at $300K+. Expect 8-10 company-provided appointments per week, paid training, full benefits, and a five-day workweek with no evening Friday or Saturday appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, HVAC, solar, or similar in-home sales preferred.
• Highly coachable and self-driven.
• Comfortable working independently without close supervision.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand remodeling needs and goals.
• Present bathroom remodeling solutions and upgrades.
• Conduct in-home consultations and guide buyers through the process.
• Build trust and relationships with homeowners.
• Close qualified opportunities using a consultative approach.
