Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Hourly pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour based on experience, education, certification level, and qualifications
- Sign-on bonus: $300
- RBT certification required

The Role
- Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their home environment
- Provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years old
- Travel to clients’ homes to deliver individualized care (mileage reimbursed)
- Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
- Collect session data and support treatment progress
- Use play‑based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands‑on activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team
- Support caregiver education and carryover across environments
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred
- Willingness to complete paid RBT training and certification within 20 days of hire if not already certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently throughout the day
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed
- Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high‑quality care
Scheduling & Work-Life Balance
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Daytime hours only: 8am–6pm
- No nights or weekends
