Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers in San Antonio is seeking compassionate individuals to provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years. As a key member of our team, you will implement personalized treatment plans and support caregivers in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

Total compensation includes competitive hourly pay, paid training opportunities, and a sign‑on bonus.

  • Hourly pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour based on experience, education, certification level, and qualifications

The Role
  • Provide therapy services to children ages newborn to 21 years old
  • Implement personalized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect session data and support treatment progress
  • Use play‑based learning through games, movement, reading, and hands‑on activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the care team
  • Support caregiver education and carryover across environments
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the BACB in good standing preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently throughout the day
  • Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexible team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinics if needed
  • Commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, high‑quality care
