Job summary

Little Spurs Autism Centers in Texas is seeking a Behavior Technician Trainee to complete a paid training pathway and become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using play-based ABA therapy, under LBA supervision.

• Must pass criminal background check
• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis

• Support reduction of challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions

• Utilize a company-provided iPad for data collection and session documentation

Little Spurs Autism Centers provides a paid training pathway to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals passionate about working with children and interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

• Pay during 30-day training period: $16.00/hour
• Upon successful completion of RBT certification: increase to $18.00/hour
• Little Spurs covers all costs associated with training and certification

The Role
