Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative is seeking an In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in the St. Louis area. You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA and track progress while supporting families.

Ideal candidates are independent, reliable, and comfortable traveling between families. Part-time schedule with afternoon availability, and competitive pay with benefits and PTO growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.
