Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative is seeking an In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in-home across St. Louis area. The role involves implementing BCBA-created treatment plans, tracking progress, and supporting families.

• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do:

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
