Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that boost the skills and knowledge of our field sales team, improve product knowledge, and enhance customer service.

You will create materials, lead in-person and virtual sessions, partner with sales managers to identify gaps, and measure outcomes with feedback. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and delivering sales training.
• Experience in outside/B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team
• Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
• Conduct sales training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training

Experience

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Strong background in business development and sales
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
