Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team. You will provide high-quality, individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering sessions in homes within the 8:00 AM–7:00 PM window.

The role offers full or part-time options with approximately 15–35 hours per week, competitive hourly pay, paid mileage between sessions, and ongoing supervision toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with your clinical team.
• Help children build meaningful skills and independence.
