Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in the Vineyard and Orem area.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients, build communication and daily living skills, and receive direct BCBA support, with opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified with our support).
• Reliable transportation within Vineyard and Orem.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
