Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in the Vineyard and Orem area. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision, and work with families in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified with our support).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation within Vineyard and Orem.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the BCBA.
• Use play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Record and maintain data electronically after each session.
• Communicate with the BCBA and clinical team regularly.
• Participate in parent training and generalization activities.
