Blue Jay ABA in Kernersville, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will implement intervention plans under BCBA supervision and work one-on-one with clients to promote skill development.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Experience in delivering one-to-one therapy for ASD preferred.
• Excellent communication with parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
