Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate in-home ABA therapy in Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children in their natural environment following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Flexible part-time hours are available, including afternoons and after-school slots; expect 15–25+ hours per week depending on client needs. Opportunities for growth and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification with employer support.
• 1+ year of experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Track progress through session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
