Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Swainsboro, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team. You will work directly with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, and daily living skills.

This part-time role offers after-school hours and evening availability, flexible scheduling, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
