Job summary

Astro ABA is a growing in-home ABA therapy provider serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The RBT will deliver 1:1 therapy in clients’ homes or community settings under BCBA supervision and contribute to data collection and progress reporting.

The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development within a collaborative team. Home-based setting, Missouri, Belton area.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
