Job summary

Astro ABA is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for in-home ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to treatment plan implementation and data collection.

Flexible scheduling supports part-time and full-time roles. We value dedicated professionals who communicate well with families, ensure safety, and promote skill development in every session.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in psychology or education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
