Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy on a part-time schedule, Monday–Friday 9am–1pm, about 20 hours per week.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-developed plans, and record data in CentralReach while completing notes and collaborating with the clinical team. Regency ABA offers competitive pay, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement between sessions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with your clinical team.
• Help children build meaningful skills and independence.
