Job summary

Prospera-Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes in El Paso, TX, under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support families to promote skill-building and reduce challenging behaviors.

We value compassion, independence in the home setting, and strong communication. Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) is required; ongoing training and development are provided.
