Job summary

Prospera Healthcare in Texas is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, track data, and report progress to support ongoing improvement while collaborating with families for positive outcomes.

Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) is required. We offer a supportive team, flexible home-visits, and ongoing training.

• Ability to work independently in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
