Job summary

Prospera-Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate closely with families to support growth and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.
