Job summary

The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) in Aberdeen, NC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. You will help children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
