Job summary

The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) in Mocksville, NC seeks an In-Home/Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will help children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in familiar settings.

This position offers competitive pay of $20–$30/hour, paid training, DailyPay, full-time benefits, and ongoing ABA education with BCBA supervision and career advancement options.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training resource.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Maintain communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change with evidence-based strategies.
