Job summary

The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and clinic ABA therapy in North Carolina, working under BCBA supervision. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for training, advancement, and certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• Preferred: TRICARE certification.
• Preferred: CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
