Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Utah County area. This part-time role focuses on 1:1 sessions to build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting data, collaborating with a clinical team, and participating in parent training as needed. Reliable transportation and HIPAA-compliant practice are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)
• Reliable transportation within Utah County and surrounding areas
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
