Job summary

ABA Journey in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing plans designed by a BCBA and tracking progress.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, a High School diploma (some college preferred), reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally. A background check will be required, with a supportive, growth‑oriented environment emphasizing client

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
