The Treetop Therapy is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Augusta, GA to deliver ABA therapy one-on-one in clinic and home settings under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes compassionate care, data-driven outcomes, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track progress using EMR and communicate with supervising BCBA.
