The Treetop Therapy seeks an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Augusta, GA to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clinical and home settings under BCBA supervision. You will help children build essential skills and independence in familiar environments.

Active RBT certification and reliable transportation are required. We offer paid training, generous benefits for full-time roles, and ongoing ABA training with BCBA supervision to support your growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions one-on-one in clinic and home settings.
• Use data-driven approaches to support behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track progress using EMR and document outcomes.
• Coordinate with BCBA supervisor and clinical team.
