Blue Jay ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, in-home therapy position in Browns Summit, NC. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior plans and provide one-on-one sessions with individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Collaborate with the BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Communicate with parents to review client progress
• Develop teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
