Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Leland, NC is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans and provide one-on-one sessions with children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection preferred.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
