Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Elburn, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role focuses on 1:1 in-home therapy for children and requires implementing treatment plans set by a BCBA with careful data collection.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home in Elburn, IL.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
