Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Rockford, IL seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This in-home, 1:1 therapy role supports children under BCBA-guided plans and requires data collection, progress tracking, and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
