Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Edmond, OK. This part-time role offers Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings with BCBA supervision and the opportunity to work directly with children on the autism spectrum in home settings.

You will deliver direct therapy, collect data, and maintain accurate session notes, with flexible hours and a clear progression pathway within Step Ahead ABA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in good standing.
• Ability to deliver direct therapy per BCBA plans.
• Comfort working in clients' homes and families' environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Collect and record session data and progress.
• Attend supervision with BCBA and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain timely notes and communicate with the family and care team.
