Job summary

Peak Behavioral Health in Edmond, OK seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver clinic-based and home-based ABA services for children. Roles include both part-time and full-time positions, with travel to surrounding cities as needed.

The team collaborates across psychology, ABA, speech, and OT to support kids with autism and related disabilities, in a community-focused environment that values care and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain an RBT certification or already certified.
• 2+ years of experience with children or a related degree.
• Excellent communication with families and providers.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings.
• Document sessions thoroughly and accurately.
• Collect data accurately.
• Maintain clinical records per HIPAA.
• Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings.
• Discuss interventions with parents professionally.
• Implement interventions as described by BCBA.
• Communicate with the treatment team.
