Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Swainsboro, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time, in-home role focuses on communication, behavior reduction, daily living skills, and building strong relationships with families.

You'll work 1:1 with children, collect data, and participate in supervision and ongoing training while maintaining professionalism and reliability in a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
