A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Swainsboro, GA team for in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time, in-home role focuses on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.
