BeeKind ABA Therapy in LaGrange, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. You will collect data during sessions and write detailed notes documenting progress and development.

The role offers a $18–$25 per hour pay range, part-time or full-time opportunities, and extensive benefits, with annual raises. Remote training and professional growth are also provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour RBT training and be able to discuss ABA content.
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients; in-home experience a plus
