Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. You will collect data during each session and write detailed notes documenting client progress.

Role requires a 40-hour ABA training, valid RBT certification, and experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional; offer includes competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes
• Support families with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
