Achievements ABA Therapy in Catawba, NC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will collect data, implement interventions, and track progress for children with autism in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• RBT credential required.
• CPI training required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
