Job summary

Training Wheels ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Austin clinic team at Ben White Blvd. You will deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes or in-clinic, implement BCBA-developed plans, and help children reach their potential in a structured environment.

The role offers hourly pay $18-$25, with guaranteed 30 hours per week, a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, and full pay for non-billable activities, plus benefits and ongoing training. Schedule: Mon-Fri.
