Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Framingham, MA and seeks motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on care in older adults. Work with a supervising PT to implement plans, guide exercises, and help patients rebuild strength and confidence in the Geriatric House Calls model.

You’ll join an interdisciplinary team and benefit from mentorship, schedule flexibility, and opportunities to advance clinically within a supportive practice focused on independence and quality

Qualifications

• Requires PTA license in the state of practice (MA).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and community referral sources.
