Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home and senior living care in Lancaster, PA. You’ll work one-on-one with a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver individualized plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and document visits in FOX’s EMR system.

You will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists) with mentorship and a clear path to grow your clinical skills and caseload in a flexible, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage with PTs, OTs, SLPs and referral sources.
